Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction flow grade (TFG) is an objective angiographic measure of coronary blood flow in daily practice, with an important prognostic value for subsequent cardiovascular events and death. In clinical trials, independent angiographic core laboratories (CLs) are the standard method to provide TFG evaluation, espacially when site investigators (SIs) are facing complex presentations like cardiogenic shock. In this substudy of the CULPRIT-SHOCK trial (Culprit Lesion Only PCI Versus Multivessel PCI in Cardiogenic Shock), we aimed to assess the agreement between CL and SI on the evaluation of the culprit artery TFG, as well as factors of discordance and the prognostic value of each evaluation.
