Form’ACTION is a structure of ACTION Group dedicated to training, education and dissemination of information to health professionals (junior doctors, externs and residents, nurses) but also to patients and the public.
Form’Action operates within the Institut de Cardiologie at Pitié Salpétrière Hospital in Paris, with live or on-line education and information sessions.

The educational team of Form’Action prepare ad hoc workshops to promulgate important information on public health, programmes on continuing medical education and cardiovascular prevention.
